To obtain warranty service on your Magic Chef or E-Wave product within the initial one year warranty period please complete the form below. To verify the warranty, please fax a copy of the dated sales receipt to 630-616-2231 or via email to receipt@mcappliance.com. Please include your name and phone number with the sales receipt or invoice.
* Credit card statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase as they do not specify the model number or price of the product that was purchased.
