To obtain warranty service on your Magic Chef, Oster, Sunbeam, Vissani, Ewave or Magic Maid branded product, please complete the form below. To verify your one year warranty, you will be requested to provide a copy of your dated sales receipt. Please email the receipt as an attachment to Please include your name and phone number with the receipt.

Note: Credit card statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase as they do not specify the model number or price of the product that was purchased.
